In August of 2022 I decided to move from my existing Montebello condo to another unit in the same complex. Leslie guided me in making the winning bid on my new place and expertly handled the details of the purchase. I then put my old Montebello residence up for sale in October 2022, just as mortgage rates were soaring from 3% to 7%. This was an extremely tough and slow market. Leslie priced the unit, helped me prepare and stage it for showing, publicized its availability, and put in many, many hours over a four-month period to sell it at very close to the asking price.
