We are located just 2 lights from Old Town and near the Beltway and the Huntington Metro. Our community includes college students who’ve lived here all their lives, young families who just moved in, singles, original owners, working couples, as well as retirees.
For this diverse community, Montebello offers amenities, activities and clubs for many interests. There is something for everyone here!
We are most known for our 35 wooded acres, with diverse wildife and fauna, and peaceful walking paths. Our property is gated, with 24/7 monitored security. Our buildings include 4 high rise towers and a large community center. The many amenities include: indoor and outdoor pools, dog run, car charging stations, tennis, full-service restaurant, convenience store, 4-lane bowling alley, gym with wooded views, hobby and party rooms, hair salon, billiards and ping pong, free shuttle to Metro and shopping, and a variety of social and cultural activities. We are very pet-friendly as well!
