I was looking for a condo and she did such a wonderful job helping me to find one that met my needs. She spent a lot of time getting to know exactly what would work for me. In August of 2022 I decided to move from my existing Montebello condo to another unit in the same complex. Leslie guided me in making the winning bid on my new place and expertly handled the details of the purchase. Leslie priced the unit, helped me prepare and stage it for showing, publicized its availability, and put in many, many hours over a four-month period to sell it at very close to the asking price. She was willing to work with me and tried to understand what I was looking for in a home along with my budget limits. She was able to easily point out areas of concern that I'd overlooked or weren't aware of and ensured I would understand potential resale issues when it would eventually be an issue.
